Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a booking. We reply to confirm the next live batch, the schedule and what is included. A place is confirmed only when we have agreed the details with you in writing.

Courses are live and instructor-led over Microsoft Teams in small batches. Sessions are not pre-recorded. Where a schedule changes for reasons outside our control, we will agree a replacement time with the group.

Microsoft certification exams are booked, paid for and sat with Microsoft or its exam delivery partners. Exam fees are not included in the course unless we state so in writing. We prepare you thoroughly, but no training provider can guarantee an exam result, and we do not offer one.

Materials we share are for your own learning. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish them. Sessions may not be recorded by participants without our agreement.

We keep course, exam and scheduling information as accurate as we can, but exam formats and Microsoft requirements change. Always confirm current exam details with Microsoft before booking. Answers from the AI course advisor are guidance, not a formal quotation or a commitment.
